Agenda for MRPs meeting

Dear friends,
The agenda for MRPs meeting on 28th August is given below.
1.Out Of School Children list ( Before and After BadiBata separately): With Child name, father's name, Age, Caste, Reason for Drop out or never enrolled etc ( In the proforma given before Badibata)
2. Action plan for enrolling all the left over children, before the last week of September ( Half of the children shall have to be enrolled in schools, before the end of August)
3. Particulars of Bridging centres, as per the action plan
4.Working condition of the computers ,peripherals and infrastructure facilities of CAL schools.
5.Stock particulars of SLIM cards, Poster cards and Classwise competencies posters, at MRC
6.Electrification of Schools ( All schools must be electrified before 2nd week of September)
7. Reports on Schools Monitoring
8. Establishment of EGS centres in 2010-11.

All the MEOs are requested to send one MRP from each mandal to Sangareddy, on 28th at 10.30 AM, with information on the above agenda
