మిత్రులారా...
రాజీవ్ విద్యా మిషన్ ద్వారా ప్రసారమవుతున్న రేడియో పాఠాలు పిల్లల ఆదరణను చూరగొంటున్నాయి. ఈ పాఠాలను మరింత మెరుగ్గా పిల్లల భాగస్వామ్యంతో రూపొందిస్తోన్న పాఠాలే ఇంటరాక్టివ్ రేడియో ఇన్ స్ట్రక్షన్ (ఐ.ఆర్. ఐ.) పాఠాలు. ఈ పాఠాలు ఉపాధ్యాయులు, పిల్లల మన్ననలను మరింత చూరగొంటా యనడంలో ఏమాత్రం సందేహం లేదు. ఈ ఐ.ఆర్.ఐ. కార్యక్రమాలపై ఈ నెల ఇరవై నాలుగో తేదీన మధ్యాహ్నం రెండు గంటల నుండి సాయంత్రం ఐదు గంటల వరకు టెలికాన్ఫరెన్స్ ఉంటుంది. మన జిల్లాలో సిద్ధిపేట, తూప్రాన్, ఆందోల్, సదాశివపేట ఎం.పి.డి.వో. కార్యాలయాల్లో టెలికాన్ఫరెన్స్ కు ఎం.ఆర్.పి. లు అందరూ హాజరు కావలసి ఉంటుంది. ఈ నెల ఇరవై ఏడో తేదీ నుండి జరిగే స్కూల్ కాం ప్లెక్స్ సమావేశాల్లో ఎం.ఆర్.పి.లు ఆర్.పి.లుగా వ్యవహరించాలి. ఈ నెల స్కూల్ కాం ప్లెక్స్ సమావేశాలు ఐ. ఆర్. ఐ. కార్యక్రమాలపై ఉంటాయి.

The agenda for MRPs meeting on 28th August is given below.
1.Out Of School Children list ( Before and After BadiBata separately): With Child name, father's name, Age, Caste, Reason for Drop out or never enrolled etc ( In the proforma given before Badibata)
2. Action plan for enrolling all the left over children, before the last week of September ( Half of the children shall have to be enrolled in schools, before the end of August)
3. Particulars of Bridging centres, as per the action plan
4.Working condition of the computers ,peripherals and infrastructure facilities of CAL schools.
5.Stock particulars of SLIM cards, Poster cards and Classwise competencies posters, at MRC
6.Electrification of Schools ( All schools must be electrified before 2nd week of September)
7. Reports on Schools Monitoring
8. Establishment of EGS centres in 2010-11.

All the MEOs are requested to send one MRP from each mandal to Sangareddy, on 28th at 10.30 AM, with information on the above agenda

ఎం.ఈ.ఓలు, ఎమ్మార్పీలకు కొన్ని సూచనలు

ఈ కింది సూచనలను గమనించ వలసిందిగా మిమ్మల్ని కోరుతున్నాను.

1. ఈ మధ్య జరిగిన అసర్ సర్వేలో గమనించిన విషయమేంటంటే మన జిల్లాలోని స్కూళ్ళలో టీచింగ్ లర్నింగ్ మెటీరియల్ వినియోగం చాలా తక్కువగా అంటే కేవలం మూడున్నర శాతం మాత్రమే ఉంది. రాజీవ్ విద్యా మిషన్ ద్వారాప్రతి ఏటా టి ఎల్ ఎం గ్రాంట్ ఇస్తున్నావినియోగం చాలా తక్కువ శాతం ఉండడం ఆందోళన కలిగిస్తోంది. మనం మానిటరింగ్ ను పటిష్టం చేసి టి ఎల్ ఎం వినియోగం పెంచవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది.
2. ఆర్ ఓటీ లను వెంటనే ఏదైనా ఒక స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ నుండి తెప్పించి ఎం ఆర్ సీ లో పెట్టుకోవాలి. తద్వారా టెలి కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లను మనం ఎమ్మార్సీలోనే చూడొచ్చు.
3. స్నేహబాల శిక్షణ మూడు రోజులపాటు జరగనుంది. ఈ సారి అందరు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు శిక్షణ ఉంటుంది. రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి లో శిక్షణ ఈ నెల 22నుండి మూడు రోజుల పాటు జరుగనుంది. మన జిల్లా నుండి అరవై మంది ఆర్పీ లు ఈ శిక్షణలో పాల్గొంటారు.
4. ఒకటో తరగతి నుండి ఎనిమిదో తరగతి వరకు అందరు పిల్లలకు ఎల్ ఈ పీ బేస్ లైన్ ఈ నెలాఖరులో ఉంటుంది. ఎయిడెడ్ స్కూళ్ళతో సహా అన్ని ప్రైమరీ, అప్పర్ ప్రైమరీ, హై స్కూళ్ళలో ఈ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించాలి. ఈ టెస్ట్ నే మొదటి యూనిట్ టెస్ట్ గా పరిగణించాలి. ప్రశ్నపత్రం రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలోనే తయారు చేస్తారు. ఒక్కో స్కూలుకు ఒక్కో సెట్ ఇస్తారు. అవసరమయినన్నిసెట్స్ ను స్కూల్ గ్రాంట్ నుండి ఖర్చు పెట్టి కాపీస్ చేయించాలి.
5. స్నేహబాల కార్డ్స్ ను స్కూళ్ళకు ఇచ్చేటప్పుడు ఒక జాగ్రత్త వహించాలి. గత సంవత్సరం డైస్ ప్రకారం ముప్పై లోపల పిల్లలు ఉండే స్కూలుకు ఒక సెట్టు, ముప్పై నుండి డెబ్బై అయిదు లోపల పిల్లలు ఉండే స్కూలుకు రెండు సెట్లు, అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మంది పిల్లలు ఉండే స్కూలుకు మూడు సెట్లు చూపున ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. ఆ ప్రకారం స్నేహబాల సెట్స్ ను స్కూళ్ళకు అందజేయాలి.

నూతన ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారిగా మస్తానయ్య గారు

రాజీవ్ విద్యా మిషన్ మెదక్ జిల్లా ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారిగా వి. ఎన్. మస్తానయ్య గారు నేడు బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించారు. ఆయన రాజీవ్ విద్యా మిషన్ హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లా ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారిగా పనిచేస్తూ బదిలీపై జిల్లాకు వచ్చారు. గతంలో మెదక్ జిల్లా విద్యాధికారిగానూ ఆయన పనిచేసి ఉండడంతో జిల్లా విద్యా రంగ పరిస్థితిపై, రాజీవ్ విద్యా మిషన్ కార్యకలాపాలపై ఆయనకు పూర్తి అవగాహన ఉంది. జిల్లా ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారిగా ఆయన రాకతో విద్యారంగ నాణ్యతపై ఆయన దృష్టి పెడతారని విద్యారంగ అభిమానులు భావిస్తున్నారు. గతంలో జిల్లా విద్యాధికారిగా ఆయన తీసుకున్న చర్యల వల్లే ప్రస్తుతం పదోతరగతి లో జిల్లా ఉత్తమ ఫలితాలు సాధిస్తోందని వారు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.

You striven hard to re-join the dropped out children and enroll the never enrolled children in schools. The children who joined the schools because of your efforts never forget you. Your efforts will certainly brighten their future. Thanks to community members, parents, teachers, Head Masters, Mandal Resource Persons, Mandal Educational Officers, Labor department officials, Panchayath raj department officials, revenue department officials and other department officials, Mandal and district level officials, for their support to the programme.

బడిబాట విజయవంతానికి కృషి చేద్దాం

మిత్రులారా...
నూతన విద్యాసంవత్సరం ప్రారంభం అయింది. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం లాగే బడిబాట కూడా ప్రారంభం అయింది.
బడి బాట లో భాగంగా మన జిల్లా లో రాష్ట్ర అదనపు సంచాలకులు శర్మ గారు పర్యటిస్తున్నారు. ఈ రోజు అడిషనల్ ఎస్పీడీ గారు జిన్నారం మండలం లోని బొల్లారం పారిశ్రామిక వాడలో పర్యటించారు. ఆ ప్రాంతంలో మొత్తం 103మంది పిల్లలు బడిబయట ఉన్నట్టు గుర్తించారు. ఆ పిల్లల తల్లి దండ్రులతో శర్మ గారు స్వయం గా మాట్లాడారు. వారిలో 39మంది ఒరిస్సా వారిగా గుర్తించారు. బొల్లారం లో ఇరవై మంది ని బడిలో చేర్పించారు.
మనజిల్లా కలెక్టర్ గారు బడిబాట కార్యక్రమం క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో విజయవంతం కావాలని అభిలషిస్తున్నారు. సోమవారం జరిగిన సెట్ కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లో బడి బాటను విజయవంతం చేయడానికి కృషి చేయాలనిఅన్ని శాఖల అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. బడిబాట కార్యక్రమం లో జిల్లా ప్రథమస్థానం లో నిలవాలని ఆయన కోరుకుంటున్నారు. మనం క్రింది కార్యాచరణ తో బడి బాట ను విజయవంతం చేద్దాం
* బడి బయటి పిల్లలను గుర్తించడం
*అయిదేళ్ళు నిండిన పిల్లల జాబితాను అంగన్ వాడి కార్యకర్త నుండి సేకరించడం
* ఐదో తరగతి, ఏడో తరగతి చదివిన పిల్లలను సమీపం లోని యూపీఎస్ లేదా హై స్కూళ్ళలో తరువాతి తరగతుల్లో చేర్చడం.
* ఇరవై ఒకటో తేదీన జరిగే సామూహిక అక్షరాభ్యాసానికి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయడం.
* ప్రతి నైవాసిక ప్రాంతంలో బడిబయట పిల్లలెవరూ ఉండకుండా చూడడం.
బడి బాట కార్యక్రమాన్ని మనమంతా కలిసి విజయవంతం చేద్దాం. జిల్లాలో బడిబయట పిల్లలెవరూ ఉండకుండా చూద్దాం.
బడి బాట కార్యక్రమాలపై మీ ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ ఇవ్వడం మరిచిపోకండి.

Samoohika Aksharaabhyasa karyakramam

Dear friends,

As a part of ‘BadiBata’ programme , tomorrow ‘Samoohika Aksharaabhyasa karyakramam’ will be conducted in all schools. The programme will be conducted in mandal and district Head Quarters as well. Hon’ble ministers of the district- Dr.J.Geetha Reddy, Damodar Raja Narsimha, Sunitha Laxma Reddy will participate in the programme to be conducted at Zilla Parishad Girls High School at Sangareddy. Sri M.Balaiah, Hon’ble Zilla Parishad Chairman and people’s representatives of Medak district will take part in the programme. Sri S.Venkateswara Sharma, Additional State Project Director of Rajiv Vidya Mission (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan) will observe the programme on behalf of state Rajiv Vidya Mission. The District Collector and other officials also take part in the  programme.

నూతన విద్యాసంవత్సర శుభాకాంక్షలు

జిల్లా మరియు మండల స్థాయిల్లో శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు పూర్తయ్యాయి.
రేపటినుండి నూతన విద్యాసంవత్సరం ప్రారంభం కానుంది.
మీ అందరికి నూతన విద్యా సంవత్సర శుభాకాంక్షలు. ఈ సంవత్సరం విద్యార్థులు పురోభివృద్ధికి మీరు కృషి చేయాలనికోరుకుంటున్నాను.
విద్యా సంవత్సరం తో పాటే బడిబాట కూడా ప్రారంభం అవుతోంది.
బడి బాటలో ప్రధానం గా బడిబయట ఉన్న పిల్లలను బడులలో చేర్చాల్సిందిగా మిమ్మల్ని కోరుతున్నాను. బడి ఈడుపిల్లలు ఉండాల్సింది బడుల్లోనే కానీ పనుల్లో కాదని చెప్పండి. అందరికీ విద్యాగంధాన్నిఅందించండి.
ఈ క్రింది కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక తో పని చేయాలని కోరుతున్నాను.
* స్నేహబాల స్లిమ్ కార్డుల సహాయంతో బోధన
*Early Reading, Early Maths ప్రోగ్రామ్స్.
పైన చెప్పిన కార్యక్రమాలపై దృష్టి సారించండి. జూలై నెలాఖరు వరకు ఒకటో తరగతి పిల్లలతో 'వానచినుకులు' లోనిమొదటి పది పుస్తకాలని చదివించండి. రెండో తరగతి పిల్లలతో ' వానచినుకులు' లోని మొదటి ఇరవై పుస్తకాలని చదివించండి. మూడు, నాలుగు, ఐదో తరగతి లోని చదవడం రాని పిల్లలతో ' కథా వాచకాలు' చదివించండి. తద్వారాజూలై లోగా అందరు పిల్లలకు చదవడం రాయడం వచ్చేలా చేయండి.
ఈ కార్యక్రమాలపై మీ ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ ఇవ్వడం మరిచిపోకండి.

Teacher training programmes

Dear friends,

Congrats to all those who wrote Resource Persons test and  qualified to act as Resource Person in the trainings. I request you to work with dedication and make the teacher training programmes a grand success.

State Level training programmes on ‘Snehabala SLIM Cards’ and ‘Early Reading and Early Mathematics’ topics was conducted at Warangal. State Level trainings on ‘Improvement of Competency level in English’’ was conducted at Hyderabad. Upper Primary Level teacher training programmes will be conducted from 13^th of this month at state level.

Mandal Educational Officers trainings will be conducted from 13^th of this month. After the Mandal Educational Officers trainings are over, the district level teacher trainings. By the end of this month all District Level Teacher Trainings will be completed.

All teachers will be given orientation from June 1^st at field level.
